Require less space for storage
-
Give a 50% reduction in the size of your muck heap and disposal costs
-

Wood pellets...
-
Are bio-degradable and compost quickly
-
Waste can be spread on the land as fertilizer
-
Are a 100% natural product with no chemicals, glues or toxins
-
Provide a sterile bedding as they are heated to high temperatures during production
-
Quickly absorb the moisture and ammonia odour of urine and provide a healthy and deodorised environment for your horse
-
Are screened prior to delivery to reduce dust
How do I use Wood Pellets?
A traditional 12’ by 12’ stable with rubber matting, will require between 7 and 8 bags to lay the initial bed
To start a new bed, spread the pellets across the stable floor and use a hose to dampen them until they begin to break down and fluff up (every 10 kg bag needs around 6 liters of water)
Alternatively, you can lay the bags down on the stable floor, cut the front of the bag open and add 6 liters of water; wait 15 minutes and empty the expanded bags. Level with a normal shavings fork.Dry pellets can be mixed with wet ones and the pellets will only need to be removed occasionally when they become completely saturated and turn reddish.
To top up an existing bed you can mix dry pellets into the bed to boost the absorbent capacity. Wood pellets will soak up urine and burst into a clean new bed. You can decide where to place the new pellets within the stable depending on where the horse prefers to 'go'The amount of time you spend cleaning the stable will be greatly reduced due to the high absorption capacity of the wood pellets
In the case of the bed becoming too dry, spray water on the top with a hose or watering can. 10Kg bag €5
ECO Horse Bedding greatly reduces the problem of staining on grey horses

Freemax Saddles
Freemax saddles have been designed by Acavallo in Italy. The flexibility and the lightness of the saddle minimises interference with the horse's natural gaites and allows full freedom of movement without the encumberance of a rigid tree. The Freemax has a firm feel and provides good cushioning and excellent weight distribution. It has been made on just one piece of injected foam. The Freemax saddle provides the rider with full contact with the horses motion, giving more feel than is achieved with a traditional treed saddle.
It is available in three versions: Freemax Evo, Freemax Class and Freemax Dressage.
The Freemax Evo and Freemax Class are suitable for endurance, trekking and pleasure riding. They are composed of two parts: the saddle base foundation and detachable seat. This system allows just one saddle to be used with different seat sizes (available separately) and, therefore, it is usable by different riders.
Weight is approximatly 3.5kg (7.5lbs)
Thanks to an interchangeable wither iron arch (available in different sizes),placed between the saddle base foundation and the removable seat, it is possible to fit many different horses. The front arch can lift the saddle off the withers of a narrower horse, or can be removed totally for flat backed, no withered horses.
Wither iron arch sizes: S,M,L,XL,XXL.
The "Y" girting sysem on the Freemax helps to spread the pressure across the horse's back, and makes the saddle more secure on the horse.
The stirrup leather attachment is a flat hook rather than a ring or a loop. You can try our Premier dressage leathers, which loop onto the hook and eliminate the bulk of a buckle under your upper leg. The stirrup attachment is interchangeable allowing each rider to move the placement of the stirrup "bars" according to his/her needs.
Available in soft calfskin leather.
Solid Rubber Mats
Our rubber flooring has been laid on earth, crushed lime and chalk, crushed concrete, compressed sand, concrete, brick and cobble bases.
In fact - almost every possible surface you can find!
Our Solid Rubber Mat systems use high quality natural and synthetic rubber in their composition. All solid rubber mats include a percentage of 'fillers' - either simple Carbon Black or inert ground rubber particle - the amount of this recylced
material determines the quality of the end product.
To meet our environmental policy we include a minimum of this material, ensuring that our mats are produced from the maximum amount of new synthetic rubber
compound as possible.
Claims of 100% new rubber are not possible as all mats include fillers, even if only Carbon Blackand this mostly comes from recycled rubber!

Hollow Rubber Mats
1m x 1.5mm x 22mm Price: 65 euros per sheet
They are used for a variety of purposes and are available in different sizes and styles (see below). As an anti-poaching mat for horses, the mats can be laid onto grass and will offer a non-slip surface that helps against 'poaching' - particularly useful in gateways or for walkways.
The same mats are also used for wet areas or wash-down areas for animals, enabling the free flow of water away from horse and groom while giving a safe footing for both.
Laid onto grass in a play-area, our 1m x 1.5m x 22mm hollow mats offer a safe fall height to EN 1177 of 2.5mts,and again they will help protect grass roots from wear in high activity areas, while also offering a good anti-slip surface.
In the workplace, hollow mats are used as anti-fatigue mats - a softer surface while standing, ensures that there is minimal muscular and skeletal stress while also producing that same safe, non-slip surface.
Lastly, hollow mats also act as good dirt traps - both as entrance mats to buildings and in the workplace, where they can trap waste product such as metal swarf - by simply picking the mats up and washing or shaking out, the dirt is quickly disposed of.
